About this role
• Providing detailed information about educational programs to prospective students; • Managing incoming inquiries and conducting student consultations; • Engaging with prospective students and facilitating the registration process; • Ensuring the achievement of sales plans and monthly targets; • Maintaining ongoing communication with the existing and prospective student base; • Ensuring customer satisfaction and effectively managing the sales process;
Requirements for candidates
• Age: 22+ • 2+ years of work experience in sales; • Sales experience in the education or IT sectors is an advantage; • Russian language proficiency: High level required; • Strong communication and presentation skills; • Ability to establish effective communication with clients; • Experience working with sales targets; • Ability to handle objections and effectively guide the client; • Responsible, proactive, and result-oriented.
Work conditions
• Work schedule: 5 days a week (09:30–18:30) • Salary: 1000–1800 AZN (fixed + bonus) • Location: Baku, 6A Olimpiya Street (Near Ganjlik Mall).
