About this role
• Provide detailed information to potential students about the study programs; • Manage incoming applications and conduct student consultations; • Conduct the registration process by establishing contact with potential students; • Ensure the implementation of sales plans and monthly targets; • Maintain constant contact with the existing and potential student base; • Maintain customer satisfaction and effectively manage the sales process; • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Requirements for candidates
• Age: 22+ • 2 years + work experience in sales; • Sales experience in education and service sector is an advantage; • Knowledge of Russian is a must; • Strong communication and presentation skills; • Ability to communicate effectively with customers; • Experience working with sales targets; • Ability to handle objections and direct customers correctly; • Responsible, proactive and result-oriented.
Work conditions
• Work schedule: 5 days a week (09:30-18:30) • Salary: 1000-1800 AZN (fix + bonus) • Work location: Baku, Olimpiya street 6A (near Ganjlik Mall and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan).
