“IT Specialist Career Roadmap” Seminar Conducted at ADNSU Industrial and Technology College

JET Academy organized a seminar titled “The Roadmap to Becoming an IT Specialist” for students at the Industrial and Technology College operating under Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU).

The main goal of the event was to explain the key stages of building a career in the field of information technology and to introduce young people to development opportunities in this sector. During the seminar, participants were informed about how to take the first steps into the IT field and which knowledge and skills are essential for starting a career in this direction.

The stages of building a career in IT were also explained. During the presentation, detailed information was provided about the career path in IT, starting from the Help Desk position, which is considered an entry point to the industry, and progressing toward more specialized fields.

Students also learned about the technical skills, practical knowledge, and professional directions required to grow in the IT field.

Within the framework of the seminar, participants were introduced to career opportunities in the following areas:

💻 Network Administration and Network Management

At the end of the seminar, students’ questions were answered and recommendations were provided about the key directions for building a successful career in IT.
