IT Specialist Course

About the Course
The IT Specialist Course is a comprehensive training program designed for individuals who want to build a career in IT and gain professional knowledge in computer systems, server infrastructure, and networking technologies.
During the 6-month training program, participants learn both fundamental and practical skills in computer hardware, operating systems, Help Desk and Technical Support processes, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, computer networks, Cisco and MikroTik solutions, and network security.
The curriculum is built around hands-on laboratory sessions and practical assignments that simulate real working environments. Students gain practical experience in managing corporate IT infrastructures, providing user support, configuring and maintaining server and network systems, monitoring IT environments, and implementing security measures.
The following subjects are taught as part of the course:
- Computer and server hardware
- Help Desk and technical support processes
- CCTV and security systems
- Windows and Windows Server administration
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Virtualization technologies
- TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
- Cisco Routing and Switching
